SERVICES INCLUDED
- Sheets, bathroom linen and beach towels are included in the price.
- Final cleaning is included in the price.
- The consumption of water, electricity and gas is included in the price.
- The use of the wi-fi connection is included in the price.
- At our guests' disposal a fenced and private parking: parking is free.

EXTRA COSTS
- The tourist tax of € 1.50 per person (>14 years) per night (for the first 7 nights) is not included in the price: the tourist tax is to be paid on the spot in cash.

CONDITIONS
- The reservation will be confirmed through the payment by bank transfer of 15% of the total cost of the stay.
- The 15% deposit to confirm the booking is non-refundable.
- The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival. We accept credit cards.
- The minimum stay allowed is 3 nights.

CHECK-IN
- Check in is allowed from 15:00 to 20:00.
- Check out must be done before 10:00.
